These are the main terms that apply to enquiries, orders and hires. Any terms specific to your tribute will be included in your quote.
Enquiries and quotes
Sending an enquiry commits you to nothing. Every quote is confirmed personally before any payment is taken, and a date is only ever booked once we confirm it with you.
Prices
Prices shown on this site are either current prices or clearly marked examples. Your confirmed quote is the price you pay.
Hire
Hire period, deposit, return and damage arrangements are set out in your quote before you commit.
Your quote will also explain payment, cancellation, delivery and any deposit or return terms that apply.
Personalised items
Made-to-order and personalised tributes are created to your agreed wording and colours. We confirm the details with you before making begins.
